Pravina Pindoria is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Tallyfy, Inc. (Jan 2015 to present) and principal of Fractional P, her Fractional Co-Founder practice. She has worked with 90+ first-time founders, backing them from idea through launch to $7M+ raised collectively. Her first decade (2004 to 2014) was pediatric intensive care nursing at Royal Brompton and Great Ormond Street in London, plus cardiac pediatric intensive care setups in Ethiopia with Chain of Hope. She has been a full-time technology founder since January 2015 and is not a currently licensed practitioner.

About Pravina

Pravina Pindoria is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Tallyfy, Inc. She and Amit Kothari started Tallyfy together in January 2015 after the couple won an Arch Grant that brought them from London to St. Louis. Tallyfy raised $4M+ from Silicon Valley investors including 500 Startups, Alchemist Accelerator, and Republic.com.

Outside Tallyfy, she runs Fractional P, her Fractional Co-Founder practice (since September 2022). She has worked with 90+ first-time founders globally, backing them from idea through launch to $7M+ raised collectively. She is currently a Techstars Mentor (Global), an Expert Mentor with Capital Enterprise (UK), a startup mentor at the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, a Fractional Co-Founder at OneTech (funded by the UK Government and Mayor of London), and an Entrepreneur in Residence at OneDay. Her first decade (2004 to 2014) was pediatric intensive care nursing.

She trained at City St George's, University of London (BSc Nursing Studies, Child, 2004) and worked at Royal Brompton, Great Ormond Street, and the Harley Street Clinic. She also set up cardiac pediatric intensive care units in Ethiopia with Chain of Hope. She has been a full-time technology founder since January 2015 and is not a currently licensed practitioner. She lives in St.

Louis with Amit. She also served on the Saint Louis Zoo Board of Directors (2022 to 2024).
